3. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property

• Customer Responsibility: You represent that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, any logos, images, or artwork you upload for printing.

• Copyright Indemnification: The Happy Printer is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements caused by customer-provided content. You agree to indemnify us against any legal claims arising from the use of your provided artwork.

• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content we deem offensive, illegal, or in violation of intellectual property rights.

4. Printing & Production Accuracy

• Color Matching: Due to differences in monitor calibrations and the nature of printing materials (vinyl vs. fabric vs. paper), we cannot guarantee a 100% exact color match to what you see on your screen. We strive for maximum accuracy using industry-standard color profiles.

• Proof Approval: For custom orders, we may provide a digital proof. Once a proof is approved by the customer, The Happy Printer is not responsible for any errors in spelling, layout, or design that were present in the approved proof.

5. Payment & Pricing

• Payment is required in full at the time of ordering for print products.

6. Shipping & Delivery
